After high school I spent a quarter at Snow College before embarking on a two-year LDS mission to Puerto Rico. Upon returning from Puerto Rico I attended the University of Utah (no surprise!) where I graduated in May 2003 with a Bachelor Degree in Speech Communication and a minor in Spanish.
Having more free time on our hands after graduating, we had our first and only child, Ryan, in August 2006 (he was a pea pod for Halloween, if you can't tell). Notwithstanding the time consumed in school and work, we have been blessed with several opportunities to travel during our five years of marriage. Our travels include Mexico, Puerto Rico, Thailand, Vietnam, Hawaii, Ohio for the 2006 Ohio State (#1) - Michigan (#2) football game, and, of course, Tempe, Arizona for the 2005 Fiesta Bowl. We look forward to going back to the Carribean in January 2008 for a cruise.
After graduating from college for the last time, we bought a house in South Jordan and I have worked as an auditor for the Utah State Legislature. Lindsay has put her career interests on hold in order to stay at home with Ryan, something for which I am very grateful.

David,
All I can say is that at least I am not the only one! It's just one of those things that happens dang it. Oh well. It was good seeing what is going on with you. We'll have to chat at the reunion. Are you going?
DAVE!!!! I'm so glad you posted. I was wondering what you'd been up to. Ryan is perfect. What a cutie!I am jealous of all your travels. I would love to see at least one of those places. Way to go with school too. Go Utes! Annie
I am laughing just reading what you have written because it is just so you! Thanks for clarifying the costume (j/k) I look forward to seeing you at the reunion! Your boy is adorable!
Dave,
What a cute little guy you guys have! He looks a lot like you. Sounds like you're doing good. It's nice to hear what you are up to. I need to get my post done!! Hope to see you guys around. Aub
It's been fun to read what you all have been up to over the last few years. Thanks to Erin for her hard work in putting this blog together and keeping it updated!
All four of you have very nice families! It's kind of funny to see pictures and read about the "adult" version of bunch of punk kids that we were 10 years ago (myself being the "punkiest")... We have all come a long way!
Kenny, I'll be there, so let's chat away. Annie, is the heat killing you in Arizona? Kacee, I am glad to know that I am not the only person laughing at my sense of humor. Aub, glad you finally posted your blog (or is it "blogged your post"... who knows?). It's good to hear from each of and I look forward to catching up more at the reunion.
Dave
What a cute little boy you have!! Good to hear you have had a great ten years!! I got some updates from your sister-she was a professor for one of my classes at the U. Congrats on your accomplishments!

Hey Dave-
My dad said he ran into you the other day. It made me think of the good old days when you had to hide from him because you had broken something at my house. Good times!
I've wondered how you've been doing. Good to see you actually made something of yourself. (Just kidding, I always knew you would).

Julie, I hope my sister was a good professor for you. She really enjoys teaching at the U.
Steph, quick story, I was riding down the elevator at the Jordan River Temple when I hear someone at the top yell "Dave". I turned around to see this temple worker that I didn't recognize in the least bit (temple worker name tag to my rescue! i don't even think he saw me glance down at it). I think I didn't recognize him because the "temple glow" replaced the "I'm going to kill you, punk kid" look I was used to get from him. He's a good guy!
Hey looks like your doing well. Haven't talked in a while. Cute kid. Glad to hear all is well.
Jeff
